HIGH FREQUENCY EQUITY TRADER

Seeking highly-motivated and focused equity trader with financial engineering/quantitative credentials. The successful candidate will identify and execute trading opportunities in cash equivalents and ETF’s using a combination of real time and proprietary analytics. The position requires an enthusiastic person with superlative analytical and technical skills, proven quantitative background and personal qualities who desires to contribute immediately within all levels of the team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High aptitude for analytical and quantitative thinking

Propose trading strategies and algorithm enhancements

Monitor trading performance and devise improvements

Ability to react quickly and accurately in an electronic trading environment

Proven record of continually driving strategic, scalable trading methodology

Excellent organizational skills

Values teamwork

Effective communicator within all mediums

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

At least 5+ years experience with equity trading on multiple exchanges and Dark Pools

Reg NMS knowledge necessary

Expert knowledge of order management, smart order routing and fee structures

Undergraduate degree in statistics, math, science, or another quantitative discipline; advanced degree preferred

Established statistical and quantitative background
