Most likely have: strong knowledge of the Microsoft Windows enterprise environment and standard applications, such as MS Office; superb organizational and time management skills, with a focus on working efficiently; and a willingness to participate in off-hours support coverage rotation and work occasional late hours and weekends as needed. 

Should have: experience supporting mobile devices, particularly BlackBerry devices; experience using and supporting SharePoint; familiarity with a Linux or Solaris environment; familiarity with general systems administration and an understanding of what makes for good IT policy; basic understanding of scripting and/or markup languages (for PowerShell usage/wiki editing in particular); experience with level one phone support, as well as deskside and remote user support; trade floor and/or Data Center support experience; experience using and supporting LANDesk for hardware and software administration; familiarity with Active Directory.
